This episode introduces you to "Bitian's Birthday". "Bitian's Birthday" is a traditional example of Cantonese opera, and it is also the first play officially performed by each Shengongxi. There are three signature songs in "Bitian Happy Birthday", "New Water Order", "Nine Turns" and "Rui Ai", all of which use "singles" and "cymbals", the percussion instruments specially used for the opera, to follow the melody accompaniment and coordinate with the actors' performances.
