The Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong Board of Directors Reply to members’ open letter

Regarding the Annual General Meeting of Members and the 41st Board of Directors election process to be held on July 12, 2026, the Association has recently received questions from several members inquiring about related matters. In order for all members to have a clear understanding, the Association hereby compiles and attaches the responses, please read them carefully.

It covers the main matters of concern to members and explains them in accordance with the charter and established procedures. The Association has always adhered to the principles of rigor, fairness and transparency, and will continue to listen to members' opinions to ensure that all conference arrangements are carried out properly.
